The Reverend Dr. Thomas Luke, Ph.D., Litt.S.D. (h.c.), CSIC, is a dedicated advocate in the fight against child sex trafficking and a pioneering scholar in the intersection of faith and trauma. He is the Founder of the Transformational Theology discipline and served as the Founding Chair of the Department of Transformational Theology at Chaplains College School of Graduate Studies.

Throughout a distinguished research tenure spanning over three decades (1993–2026), Dr. Luke served as a Distinguished Research Professor Emeritus at CCSGS, dedicating his ministry to developing missiological frameworks for profound spiritual healing. A retired Christian Crisis Response Chaplain, he remains a deeply respected voice in the first responder chaplaincy community, having been ordained by Chaplains International, Inc.
