Ömer Aybak is a çiğ köfte chain restaurant and businessman operating in Turkey and Europe.
Ömer Aybak who started as a çiğ köfte hawker in 1992, attracted the attention of celebrities and thus his çiğ köftes were a hit. As this interest grew, he opened his production center and first branch in Gültepe in February 2005 in order to deliver the formula of his delicious çiğ köfte to more consumers.[1]
Meşhur Adıyaman Çiğ Köftecisi Ömer Aybak produces lavash and hot sauce, as well as çiğ köfte, in his 2,400 square meter Yaydan factory in Gaziosmanpaşa, Istanbul. Ömer Aybak's branded products include turnip water, pomegranate molasses and pickle juice. Meşhur Adıyaman Çiğ Köftecisi Ömer Aybak branded çiğ köftes differs from other types of çiğ köftes as a product of Adıyaman region.[2]
