Amit Agrawal is an Indian business consultant[1] who serves as the Managing Director and Chairman of the Board at Roton Consultancies Private Limited.[2][3]
Early life and education
Amit Agrawal was born and raised in Rajasthan, India, in a business family. In 2013, he completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in accounting, finance, and insurance from Amity University in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Career
Following his MBA, Agrawal began his career at Genpact as a research associate, focusing on research and development in the finance and analytics sector.[4]
In 2015, he joined Locus RAGS, where he served as a site leader and country leader, overseeing operations in the UK, Australia, and Portugal.
In 2018, Agrawal joined Zucol Services Private Limited.
In 2020, Agrawal joined Roton Consultancies Private Limited as a strategist.[5] Roton Consultancies Private Limited is a consulting agency and digital solutions provider based in Jaipur, Rajasthan.[6] Within a year, Agrawal increased the company's turnover from 5 crore in 2020 to 10 crore in 2021. Subsequently, he was appointed Chairman of the Board and Managing Director. Under his leadership, Roton Consultancies transitioned from academic support and B2B content writing to becoming a pioneer in digital solutions provision, offering customized machine learning algorithm development, data research, and validation services.[7] In 2022, Agrawal exposed several misappropriations, swindlings, pilfering, and embezzlements within Roton, leading to resignations and terminations within the senior hierarchy.
Additionally, Agrawal has spearheaded the development of SalesMagnetAI, a CRM platform used by agencies in Canada and the USA.[8] Under his leadership, the company has established a global capability center and forged a partnership with a UK coffee warehouse company, Damn Good Coffee, securing the Indian distributorship for imported coffee beans from the United Kingdom.[9]
