Julie Reiber is an American vocalist and stage actress. As of 2023, she is starring in the North American tour of Jagged Little Pill as MJ.[1]

Early life and education

Reiber was born in Bellingham, Washington.[2] She is a classically trained performer with a BFA in Vocal Performance and a minor in Acting from Western Washington University.[3]

Career

In addition to acting, Reiver has also performed as a soloist with symphonies throughout the United States and Canada, and with the Korean Symphony at the Olympic Hall in Seoul, South Korea.[4] Her 2012 debut album, Love Travels, blends Broadway melodies with pop, folk, and R&B/soul.[5] Of her performance in Jagged Little Pill, The Globe and Mail's reviewer said in October 2023 that "Vocal powerhouse Reiber delivers a complex and deeply felt performance as the seemingly perfect but deeply flawed Mary Jane. ... in Jagged Little Pill, she soars."[6]
