QuickHR is a Singaporean cloud-based Human Resource Management Software (HRMS) Platform hosted on Amazon Web Services. It was founded in 2017, by Sukvheer Singh Bajaj, Managing Director of Enable Business Pte Ltd. The company is headquartered in Singapore with operations across Asia, and is a multi-award-winning firm accredited by both ISO and MTCS SS Standards and Certifications.[1]

QuickHR is best known for combining multiple necessary HR functions in a single cloud space. These include Payroll Management, Recruitment, Employee Data Management, Timesheets, Attendance Tracking, Performance Appraisals, Leave and Claims administration amongst many others.[2]

Since its inception, QuickHR has forged connections with several prolific clients including Unilever, Millennium & Copthorne International, NEC, Cortina Watch, Koi The, Softbank Telecom, TA Corporation, Eagle Burgmann Asia Pacific and others.[3]

History

QuickHR was established in 2017 in Singapore. Within a short span of time, the company managed to revolutionize the workspace by introducing an integrated management system that helped in improving traditional HR processes and enhancing strategic decision-making for businesses of all sizes in the global market. A year after its inception, QuickHR launched its debut services, Leave & Claims modules, Payroll, and Timesheet & Scheduling modules along with releasing its Mandarin interface.[4]

In 2018, QuickHR released its mobile application that is compatible with both Android and iOS devices. A year later, QuickHR introduced several new services such as Appraisals, Applicant Tracking System, and Learning Management System modules. It also commenced its regional development.[5]

In 2020, QuickHR opened a branch in Cambodia and launched a Thermal Biometric Device and the QuickHR Kiosk. In 2021, the company acquired both the prestigious ISO (ISO 27001:2013) and MTCS SS Level 2 (MTCS SS 584:2015 L2) accreditations.

Within three years, QuickHR has managed to serve over 2000 companies globally and has managed to secure a daily user portfolio of over 95,000 individuals.
