In 2022, Wick founded Wick Watches, initially as a personal project focused on creating a "tourbillon" watch, which later developed into a full-fledged watch manufacturing enterprise. Under his leadership as founder and CEO, Wick Watches expanded with two manufacturing facilities in Japan for automatic watches and China for smartwatches.[4]
