Abdushukur Khudoykulovich Khamzaev was born on December 10, 1973 in Uzun district of Surkhandarya region in an educated family. Nationality is Uzbek. He graduated the Samarkand Agricultural Institute in 1995 and the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2013. Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor.
Career Path
He began his career as an agronomist in the collective farm "Namuna" in Uzun district.
In 1996-1999 he successfully completed his post-graduate course at Samarkand Agricultural Institute. From 1999 to 2017, he worked as assistant, senior lecturer, deputy dean for educational work and vice-rector for spiritual and educational work at Samarkand Agricultural Institute.
From 2017 to 2022, he worked as Director of the Research Institute of Forestry. Since 2022, he has been working as the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Central Council of the Ecological Party of Uzbekistan. To date, more than 280 scientific articles have been published by Khamzaev. He is also the author of about 20 crop varieties and 16 inventions.

Khamzaev has international experience in agriculture, forestry and ecology and has improved his qualifications in countries such as China, Japan, South Korea, Israel, Turkey, Germany, Bulgaria and Russia. Today he has initiated cooperation with more than 10 foreign educational and scientific organizations in this field.
A. Khamzaev takes an active part in the law-making process. In particular, he was directly involved in the preparation of the Laws "On Sowing", "On Forestry", and "On Pastures of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
A the same time, he participated in the preparation of about 20 drafts of normative legal documents as the Chairman of the Expert Council of the State Forestry Committee. He is married and has three children.
