Adam Bise (born November 27, 1974) is an American Advocate & Founder at: Hndy®, LLC. with the primary mission of providing career development opportunities for black men living in underprivileged communities in America.

Early life

Adam Bise was born in Watts, California. His parents, Tyrone and Gwendolyn Bise, had no formal education and struggled to provide for their family of five. In those early days of poverty, gang violence, and incarceration, Adam made a decision to put his faith in Jesus and the Kingdom of Heaven and was baptized in 1995.

Following his baptism, Adam began prioritizing the type of knowledge he consumed. He avidly listened to the entire business section at Talking Book World in Torrance, California. Due to his conviction as a felon, he faced challenges in finding employment that didn't judge him based on his past.

However, his newfound faith in Jesus gave him hope and determination. With the help of a self-help book from Nolo Press, he successfully expunged his own criminal record and eventually ventured into various business endeavors.

Through the trials and triumphs of his past life and business experiences, Adam believed that they ultimately prepared him for Hndy®.
