Andres Sebastian Navas (born December 31, 1990) is an American beach soccer player who plays as a forward for Fútbol Playa Miami and the United States men's national beach soccer team.
Early life
Navas was born in Miami, Florida.[1]
He played college soccer for Florida Gulf Coast University (after transferring from FIU), appearing as a midfielder/forward.[2]
Playing career
International beach soccer
Navas debuted for the U.S. national beach soccer team in November 2022 at the Intercontinental Cup in Dubai.[3] He made his FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup debut in 2024, called up as a replacement for the injured Nick Perera.[4]
In 2024, he recorded his first career brace in an international match at the Acapulco Cup.[5] At the 2025 Concacaf Beach Soccer Championship, Navas scored a brace against Panama, contributing to a 5-1 victory that advanced the U.S. to the semifinals.[6][7][8]
In December 2025, Navas was named a finalist for U.S. Soccer's Male Beach Soccer Player of the Year.[9]
In January 2026, Navas was named to the U.S. Men's roster for a domestic training camp held January 12–18 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, under head coach Marcelo Mendes.[10]
As of early 2026, Navas has earned 49 caps for the United States, scoring 32 goals.[11]
Beach soccer club
Navas is a forward for CF Playa Miami, a Miami-based beach soccer club he co-founded with U.S. national team teammates Conner Rezende and Nico Perea.[10]
