Ashley Jana is an American singer-songwriter, composer, lyricist, librettist, music producer, orchestrator, and music engineer based in Astoria, NYC. She is most commonly known for having more than 20 of her original songs featured on the tv show Dance Moms, including the songs "Party Party Party" and “Electricity.” Jana is also the composer, lyricist, librettist, and music production architect for Figaro: An Original Musical, which premiered in concert at the London Palladium on February 3 & 4, 2025.
Additionally, her song titled "Feels So Good" (co-written with Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins) was featured on the Fox TV show Empire (featuring Jussie Smollett and Rumer Willis), and she also co-wrote a song for the K-pop group TWICE ("Jelly Jelly") and Italian pop star Giorgia ("Scelgo Ancora Te").
