Harpalsar is a small village of 1317 hectares in Sardarshahar Tehsil in Churu district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Harpalsar depends on SARDARSHAHAR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Harpalsar is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Harpalsar's pin code is 331402[4], and village code is 00617500. The area of Harpalsar is segregated as 1250.88 hectares unirrigated, the 41.87 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 24.13 hectare area not available for cultivation.
