Kiran Kodithala is an American technology entrepreneur and executive. He is the founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of N2N Services, Inc., a company that provides data integration and artificial intelligence solutions for higher education institutions.
Early life and education
Kodithala was born and raised in India. He attended the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he worked as a graduate assistant and completed his higher education.
Career
Early roles
Kodithala held technical and leadership positions at the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Notre Dame, specializing in enterprise IT and student information systems (SIS) integration.
N2N Services
In 2010, Kodithala founded N2N Services, Inc. to address the need for streamlined data integration across higher education systems. The company’s Illuminate platform provides cloud-based integration between institutional SIS, learning management systems (LMS), and third-party applications. Under Kodithala's leadership, N2N Services expanded to serve over 450 educational institutions and was listed on the Inc. 5000 list in 2021.[1]
LightLeap.ai
In 2023, N2N Services launched LightLeap.ai, an AI-powered platform designed to assist institutions with fraud detection, student services, and predictive analytics. LightLeap.ai was credited with identifying over 500,000 fraudulent financial aid applications within six months.[2][3]

Kodithala oversaw N2N Services’ collaboration with Brandman University (now University of Massachusetts Global) to support its Competency-Based Education (CBE) program, Brandman MyPath. N2N provided the integration of admissions, SIS, LMS, and assessment platforms to facilitate personalized learning pathways. The initiative was cited by Forbes as a model for innovation in adult education.[7][8]
Recognition
Kodithala was named among the Titan 100 C-level executives in Georgia in 2022.[9] His work has been profiled in publications including Forbes, EdNews Daily, and Government Technology.[7][10][3]
