Moving Walls is a Singapore-based advertising technology company providing software and data solutions for digital out-of-home (DOOH) media. Founded in 2008 by Srikanth Ramachandran, the company operates the Moving Audiences and Location Media Xchange (LMX) platforms, which enable media owners to digitize outdoor advertising inventory and allow advertisers to plan, buy, and measure campaigns programmatically.[1][2]

History

Moving Walls was founded in 2008 by Srikanth Ramachandran. It is incorporated in Singapore as Moving Walls Pte. Ltd.[3]

In 2016, the company launched Moving Audiences, a unified platform for planning and measuring digital OOH campaigns across multiple Asian markets.[2] The company later introduced Location Media Xchange (LMX) to provide programmatic access to media owners' inventory.

In 2020, Moving Walls partnered with Aqilliz to pilot what was reported as the world's first blockchain-driven DOOH advertising campaign, providing advertisers with verifiable delivery data for campaigns.[4]

Operations

Moving Walls operates in Singapore, Malaysia, India, Sri Lanka, and other markets. In India, the company launched an outdoor advertising measurement solution to help advertisers analyze campaign impact.[5]

In 2023, Havas’ AdCity partnered with Moving Walls to provide post-campaign measurement and audience insights for OOH campaigns in Asia.[6]

The company has also collaborated with Place Exchange to enable access to global DOOH inventory, allowing advertisers to activate campaigns across multiple regions from a single platform.[7]

Technology

Moving Walls' platforms integrate audience data to optimize campaign delivery. The company holds a United States patent for a multi-sensor system that measures audience engagement for outdoor media using Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and other signals, improving transparency for advertisers.[8]
