NBR Group is a real estate development company headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.[1] Established in 1998, the company has built residential projects across South India, including plotted developments, apartments, mid-segment homes, and luxury gated communities.[2] In recent years, it has repositioned itself toward high-rise and premium housing developments.[3][4]
History & Background
NBR Group was founded in 1998 in Bengaluru by brothers Nagabhushan Reddy, who serves as the Managing Director, and Aswath Narayana Reddy (chairman).[5] Initially, the company focused on plotted developments and mid-segment residential properties in and around Bengaluru.[6]
Over the years, the group diversified into larger gated communities, apartments, and luxury residential projects.[7] In 2024, it acquired a 9.65-acre parcel of land in the Sarjapur road–Mullur corridor of Bengaluru for the development of a high-rise residential project spanning nearly 900,000 square feet, with an estimated gross development value of around ₹1,200 crore.[8][9]
Later in 2024, the company launched a rebranding initiative, unveiling a new logo and the tagline “Elevate to Extraordinary.”[10] The move was aimed at repositioning the company toward premium and luxury housing, emphasizing sustainability, modern architecture, and community amenities.[11]

Projects
Soul of the Seasons
In 2024, NBR Group launched Soul of the Seasons, a nature-inspired residential community located along the Sarjapur Road–Gunjur corridor in Bengaluru.[13] The project integrates thematic elements based on natural seasons and ancient design principles, offering residents landscaped gardens, water features, and modern amenities.[14] NBR has incorporated the five classical elements (Ether, Air, Fire, Water, Earth) into design and landscaping, so each element influences the built form, open spaces, and water/landscaping features.[15] The aim is to bring a resort-type lifestyle into an urban residential setting, allowing residents to enjoy amenities and green escapes daily. The project promises over 90 lifestyle amenities across various categories.[16][17]
