Nick Ayala is an American entrepreneur, investor, and business strategist known for his work in capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and the development of educational and investor platforms for founders and operators.[1] He is the founder of Align Equity Group, The Wealth Circle,[2] and Capital Unlocked, and has built multiple companies across insurance, marketing, education, and real estate.[3] Ayala has expanded his business operations globally, including the United Arab Emirates, where he collaborates with investors, allocators, and business leaders.[4]

Nick Ayala was born in 1984. Before beginning his business career, he competed professionally in golf, which shaped his early interest in discipline, performance, and mindset development. He later transitioned into entrepreneurship, beginning with marketing and financial services ventures before expanding into insurance, advisory work, and real estate investment.
Career
Insurance, Marketing, and Early Ventures
Ayala founded and scaled several companies in marketing and financial services in the United States, including Priority Life Insurance, which he later exited. His early ventures focused on direct response marketing, lead generation, and life and health insurance distribution. These companies served clients nationwide and laid the foundation for his later expansion into capital advisory and entrepreneurial education.
Align Equity Group
Ayala founded Align Equity Group, a Florida based advisory firm focused on helping founders and real estate operators prepare for capital raises. The firm provides deal structuring guidance, investor materials, strategic positioning, and capital readiness support. Align Equity Group works with early stage companies, small to mid sized businesses, and real estate sponsors seeking to communicate with investors in a professional and disciplined manner.
The Wealth Circle
Ayala later launched The Wealth Circle, a global network for investors, founders, and operators. The platform provides investor education, deal exposure, founder support, and a private community for individuals pursuing business growth, capital raising, and acquisitions. The Wealth Circle has members across multiple countries and hosts recurring events, pitch showcases, and educational sessions. The platform’s pitch events have included presentations from founders to venture capital firms, family offices, and institutional allocators. One of its flagship events awarded more than $650,000 USD in funding across several winning companies.[5]
In 2024 and 2025, The Wealth Circle expanded into roll up and M&A strategy, helping operators build acquisition theses, evaluate industries, and prepare for consolidation strategies. This initiative integrates with the platform’s capital raising curriculum, supporting founders who are acquiring companies, building platforms, or executing value add roll up models.[6]
Capital Unlocked
Ayala created Capital Unlocked, a training and advisory program that teaches founders and real estate operators how to prepare for and execute capital raises. The program covers investor communication, deal packaging, structuring terms, due diligence preparation, and capital strategy. Capital Unlocked supports entrepreneurs across real estate, technology, consumer products, and service based industries.
In 2025, the curriculum was expanded to include roll up strategy and acquisitions, aligning with The Wealth Circle’s broader focus on M&A, consolidation, and operator centric investment strategies.
Expansion to the United Arab Emirates
Between 2023 and 2025, Ayala expanded his operations into the United Arab Emirates, developing partnerships with founders, allocators, and business platforms in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. He joined IgKnightED, a UAE based entrepreneurship and education initiative founded by Bicky Carlra, integrating its ecosystem with The Wealth Circle. Ayala has participated in pitch events, investment showcases, and business development initiatives in the region.[7]
His work in the UAE includes supporting student entrepreneurship, creating capital readiness programs, and collaborating with investors and institutional partners in the Gulf Cooperation Council.
Real Estate and Roll Up Ventures
Ayala has been involved in multifamily real estate and the development of acquisition and roll up strategies. Through entities including WeCaan Capital and related ventures, he focuses on value add multifamily acquisitions and consolidation strategies in fragmented home service industries such as construction, landscaping, hardscaping, and related trades. His approach emphasizes EBITDA based valuations, operational improvement, and long term platform building.[8][9]

Drawing on Ayala’s experience in private capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and entrepreneurship, the book outlines a framework for understanding how capital shapes competitive advantage across industries. The book is scheduled for release in 2026.
