In 2021, Premier Choice expanded operations to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). By 2025, the company reported a portfolio of approximately 5 million square feet of developed real estate.[2] In 2023, the firm signed a franchise agreement with Hilton Worldwide to develop a Hilton Garden Inn in DHA Islamabad, marking the entry of the international chain into that specific locality.[3]
