Ramji Khand (Nepali: रामजी खाँण; born April 7, 1985) is a Nepali folk singer, songwriter, and composer from Waling, Syangja. Active since the early 2000s, he is known for his contribution to the development of modern Nepali folk music, particularly through duet performances with artists such as Bishnu Majhi, Devi Gharti Magar, and Tika Pun. Khand has performed internationally in more than 15 countries and has received multiple awards recognizing his musical career. He has also served as a judge on two major Nepali folk music reality television shows.
Biography
Ramji Khand moved to Kathmandu from his hometown in Syangja to pursue music and started recording songs professionally from 2000 AD (2057 B.S.). Over the past two decades, he has released numerous lok dohori tracks and remains active in the Nepali music scene.
