Stephan Wilmes, M.A. is a German-born Canadian author, entrepreneur, and former competitive boxer. He is the author of several books on spirituality and wellness, including Gone into God, The Reality of Enlightenment, Your Healing: Therapy, Spirituality & Finding What Truly Works for You, and I Became One with God: A Journey into the Love, Light, and Bliss of Our Existence.[1]
Early life and boxing career
Wilmes competed in soccer, basketball, and martial arts before turning to boxing. He became the German Heavyweight Boxing Champion in 1987,[2] the Second World Military Boxing Champion in 1987,[3] and won the silver medal at the InterCup Tournament in 1988.[4] He was also a member of the German national boxing team in the late 1980s.
Career
After his sports career, Wilmes moved into business and wellness education. He founded YouInFocusProducts Corp., a Canadian distributor of alkaline health and wellness products, and has presented seminars on re-alkalization and nutrition.[5][6]
