Sujon Ka Niwan is a small village of 2155 hectares in Chohtan Tehsil in Barmer district in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sujon Ka Niwan depends on BARMER, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, which is 10.11% of the total supply, One tank, One tubewell, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Sujon Ka Niwan is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tubewell. Sujon Ka Niwan's pin code is 344706[4], and village code is 02267300.
