William Glasdale (died 7 May 1429) was an English commander during the Hundred Years' War. During the Siege of Orleans, he commanded the garrison of St. Jean-le-Blanc, and he defended the Tourelles with 800 men in May 1429. The French commander Joan of Arc demanded that the English return to their island, but Christopher Harbotle told her to go back to her pigsty, leading to the French assaulting the Tourelles. Glasdale was killed in the ensuing battle.
